It offers real world examples, delivered through stories and images, to help improve all people’s resilience in high stress, pressure and conflict situations. The Original peoples from around the world understood that a combination of psychology, philosophy, spirituality, morality and earth sciences were necessary to live ‘a good life.’ They lived in accord with the laws of nature and used nature for healing. This combined approach to a person’s health meant that they could weather life’s storms and be more resilient.
The aim of Shadow Work Solutions is to help everyone to know and understand themselves on a deeper level than regular cognitive behavioural therapies. By accessing our unconscious thoughts, feelings, memories, and behaviours, we can potentially overcome any adversity. We achieve this goal through the practical application of ancient wisdom delivered through Story Image Therapy (SIT®) and SIT Shadow Work™.
